At Mustela, we want you and your baby to be completely satisfied with our skincare products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
